It is our job to ensure that our clients have caregivers. Our Staffing Coordinators are available 24/7, and once they become aware of an illness, they are scheduling a replacement caregiver for your mom.

What if my condition changes and I need more care?
The Care Manager is very involved in your situation and will update your care plan to reflect your changing needs. Villa Home Care customizes your schedule to fit your needs.

How are services paid for?
Villa Home Care services are all private pay, out of pocket. We take checks, credit cards or we can debit an account. Invoices are sent out twice monthly.

Does Villa Home Care work with Long Term Care insurances?
Yes, we do. Clients pay us directly and then we assist in gathering the documents required by the Long Term Care company. The company then reimburses the client directly.

What if I just don’t get along with the caregiver Villa sends?
In our hiring process, we look for staff with varied personalities and skills. During the initial assessment, the Care Manager is determining the best match for you. In the event you are not totally delighted for any reason, contact our office and we will make any changes requested.

Do you have someone to help me with my doctor’s appointment and medications?
Yes we do. Our professional Geriatric Care Managers do exactly that. It is often helpful to have another set of eyes and ears at the doctor’s office. Communication with out of state families is essential in some situations.

Is there a minimum number of hours I need to use each day or each week?
No. Villa Home Care individualizes the Plan of Care to meet the needs of our client. Therefore 1- 24 hours / day can be provided.
