But let’s start at the beginning. In December of 2005, Karen and Jim Jeselun were presented with an opportunity to purchase a small private duty company in Phoenix. Because Karen’s nursing career has been spent in home care, this was a perfect fit for her passion and commitment, that is, keeping people in their homes.

As our company has grown and flourished we have taken a position that is not common in our industry. Villa Home Care provides professional supervision of our caregivers by R.N.’s and Social Workers – at no charge to our client. With this level of professional oversight, we can proactively address any concerns, provide timely adjustments to the care plan and assist our staff with any questions. Therefore with Villa Home Care, our clients are assured of "Care Coordination with a Difference".

Geriatric Care Management is another service that we offer that very few private duty companies do. Our Registered Nurses and Social Workers assist those elderly clients with activities such as medication management, accompaniment to their physician office or the Emergency Department, transitioning to another living situation, and most of all, communicating with out of state children or other relatives.
